We show that co-expression of Srsf2P95H mutant paid off red blood cell, neutrophil, and platelet counts, attenuated splenomegaly but failed to induce bone tissue marrow fibrosis in Jak2V617F/+ mice. Also, co-expression of Srsf2P95H diminished the competition of Jak2V617F mutant hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. We found that Srsf2P95H mutant reduced the TGF-β levels but increased the phrase of S100A8 and S100A9 in Jak2V617F/+ mice. Moreover, enforced expression of S100A9 in Jak2V617F/+ mice bone marrow substantially paid down the red bloodstream cell, hemoglobin, and hematocrit amounts.
